- Parmesan potato soup, salad
- Turkey sandwiches, salad
- Leftovers

The oatmeal looks fabulous, Amy! I'll have to try this. We are having taco salad, eggplant parmesan, and a breakfast dinner. Our breakfasts are very similar to yours-- yogurt parfaits, eggs and muffins, etc. It's always lunches that I have a hard time being creative with-- it always seems like we gravitate back to sandwiches and fruit!
