With that in mind, I'm trying to stay flexible for this week.
Here's the {tentative} plan:
Breakfast:
- Caramel Pumpkin Doughnut Hole (Muffins)
- scrambled eggs, juice, bananas

- Grilled chicken, tortellini, salad
- A chicken version of {Man-Friendly} Grilled Steak Salad
- Chili, salad
- Tacos, rice, chips 'n' salsa
- Rice & Bean Burritos, salads, grapes
- Leftovers
We'd love to have time for a bit of fall baking, too. We'll see how that works out.
