There's just a few hours left in this great Origami Owl giveaway. Don't miss it!
This is our last week with major things on the calendar before Christmas, and while they're good things, I'm ready for life to slow down! I love the lights and the peacefulness that emerge during this season, especially when we can stay home, relax, and spend time together around them. Only a few more days!
With that busyness in mind, though, it will be another simple week. Another cold one, too, so I'm looking forward to soup and sandwiches and, with our travels, a few meals out.
Here's the plan:
Breakfast:
- scrambled eggs, juice, bananas
-
- Cinnamon Almond Granola and fruit
Dinner:
- Taco soup with cheese and tortilla chips
- Chicken Pot Pie Soup with Grandma's Biscuits
- Take-out pizza, carrot sticks, apples
- Sausage, S'Mashed Italian Potatoes, Guilty Good Green Beans
- Bean & Cheese Burritos, Spanish Rice, chips & Salsa
- Leftovers
- Dinner out on our Family Christmas Date

after caroling this week. :-)

This week since our weather has turned really cold I will be making a casserole and baking some bread. I find baking always helps to warm up the house. I'm also hoping to get to making some chocolate chip cookies for the freezer. Your menu looks yummy!
ReplyDeleteThanks! Your plans sound pretty tasty, too. :-)
