Menu Plan Monday - September 30, 2013

We're back at it this week - book club and sports all tangled up.  We do get to have a few slower nights, though, and I'm looking forward to cooking a 'regular' meal!

Here's the plan:

Breakfast:
- scrambled eggs, juice, bananas

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal


Dinner:

- Roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, lima beans, applesauce


Perfectly Pumpkin Waffles, bacon, applesauce



Chili


Creamy Veggie Casserole
Parmesan potato soup, salad
- Turkey sandwiches, salad
- Leftovers

  1. The oatmeal looks fabulous, Amy! I'll have to try this. We are having taco salad, eggplant parmesan, and a breakfast dinner. Our breakfasts are very similar to yours-- yogurt parfaits, eggs and muffins, etc. It's always lunches that I have a hard time being creative with-- it always seems like we gravitate back to sandwiches and fruit! BetsyD
