I love fall! There's something incredibly beautiful about harvest time, and right now, in this part of North Carolina, the trees are bright flames against a brilliant blue sky. With crisp fall temperatures and dry days, it's a wonderful time to be outside.
I plan to enjoy as much of it as possible this week.
Here's the plan:
Breakfast:
- scrambled eggs, juice, bananas
-
- Cinnamon Almond Granola and fruit
- Steal-Good Pumpkin Bread
Dinner:
- Nachos with beans, cheese, and salsa and rice
- Pizza, carrot sticks
- Leftovers
We'd love to have time for a bit of fall baking, too. We'll see how that works out.
