Menu Plan Monday - October 15, 2012


IT'S THE LAST WEEK OF BASEBALL!  As much fun as I've had watching my Little Man enjoy the game, I can't wait until our evenings belong to us again - especially since he has games FOUR NIGHTS this week!  It's going to be a busy one.  I see no freezer cooking happening this week - it's going to be all about taking stuff OUT of the freezer and using it!

Breakfast:

Cinnamon Almond Granola, bananas
Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bars


Peanut Butter Apple Nachos


Caramel Pumpkin Doughnut Hole (Muffins)


Rustic Apple-Stuffed Coffee Cake


Dinner:
- Spicy Sausage Pasta, salad


Quick and Healthy Stir Fry
- Baked chicken and rice casserole
- Chicken enchiladas, carrot sticks, applesauce
Pizza, veggies, apple slices
- Leftovers
- Dinner at church


If we can squeeze it in, we just might have to make these pumpkin bars again ...

  1. Oh my goodness, 4 nights a week?! How old is he?? My 3 year old already loves sports, I'm not looking forward to this... :/
