Menu Plan Monday - September 3, 2012

So our week of going in four different directions is finally over, and I'm ready to cook again!  This week we're mostly at home, and so I'm going to try some new recipes and maybe make some extras for the freezer.  With our little man now playing baseball and two scheduled games each week, we're in for some long days!

So, here's the plan:

Breakfasts:

- fresh peaches and Cinnamon Almond Granola
- leftover pancakes (see following)


- Applesauce Muffins
- Baked doughnuts

Lunches will be our usual assortment of sandwiches and leftovers.

Dinners:
- Grilled chicken legs, smashed red potatoes, salad, Congo bars - recipe coming soon!
- Chocolate pancakes with strawberries
- Chicken fried rice, egg rolls
- Grilled teriyaki chicken, twice baked potatoes, steamed broccoli
- Foil babies with kielbasa, red potatoes, peppers, onions, carrots, and broccoli
- Shish-ke-sketti, fresh fruit
- leftovers


We're out of Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola bars, too, so we'll be making more of them this week.  They don't last long around here!
